A huge focus for us during this exhibition was delivering major work through our ACNI funded ERA-Encouraging Relationships with Art  project. We delivered guided tours and workshops (on and off-site) for over 200 people from active age groups, day centres and nursing homes.
Funded by the Arts Council of Northern Ireland, Arts and Older People fund.

'HIDDEN VOICES' – Exhibition in Process Room
'Hidden Voices' is a photographic exhibition delivered by Age NI and funded by ACNI Arts and Older People Programme. Age NI volunteers interviewed and photographed 110 participants on the subject of growing older in Northern Ireland.

Themes explored in these works include health, family, friendships & relationships, caring, living with a disability or illness and rural isolation.

Saturday 16 April, 12 – 2pm

Local ceramicist Deirdre O'Callaghan of Doc Pots Pottery has been working with clay for 15 years. Working with a grogged clay and using a variety of hand building techniques, participants will produce work inspired by Anne Wenzel's sculptures capturing their energy and tactility.
After the workshop, the pieces will be glazed and fired, to be collected the following week.
